At Best Way Laptops, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering quality refurbished laptops. Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Replacement Window

  • We offer a 15-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.
  • If the product you received is defective, non-functional, or not as described, you may request a replacement within this window.
  • Replacement requests beyond 15 days will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The laptop must not have any physical damage, liquid damage, or burn marks.
  • The original packaging, invoice, and accessories (charger, battery, etc.) must be returned along with the product.
  • The serial number and warranty stickers must be intact.
  • Damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.

3. What is Not Covered

Replacements will not be accepted if:

  • There is any physical damage, dent, or evidence of mishandling.
  • There is burning, liquid spillage, or tampering with internal components.
  • The product shows signs of unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • The 15-day window has lapsed.

4. 1-Year Service Warranty

All laptops come with a 1-year service warranty which covers:

  • Hardware issues (motherboard, keyboard, screen, etc.) not caused by physical or accidental damage.
  • Software issues related to original installation (Windows activation, drivers, etc.).

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Battery, adapter, or cosmetic parts (scratches, wear & tear).
  • Physical, water, or electrical damage.
  • Issues caused by viruses or third-party software.

Warranty is service-only and does not include replacement or refund after the 15-day replacement period.


5. How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement:

  1. Email us at bestwaylaptops@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Please mention your Order ID, describe the issue, and attach photos or videos of the problem.
  3. Our support team will verify the claim and guide you through the next steps.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • In case of approved replacement, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (subject to availability).
  • The replacement unit will be dispatched after inspection of the returned item.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be required to ship the product to our service center, and we will reimburse standard courier charges.

7. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for refurbished laptops. Only replacements are provided as per policy.
