2. Product Information

We deal in refurbished laptops that are tested, verified, and certified for resale. While we strive for accuracy:

  • Product descriptions, specifications, and images may contain minor variations.
  • Actual products may show signs of previous use (scratches, replaced parts, etc.), which do not affect performance.
  • All products are sold “as-is” with a 15-day replacement guarantee and a 1-year service warranty.

3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Placing an order confirms your intent to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
    • Pricing errors
    • Stock unavailability
    • Fraud detection or invalid payment
  • An order confirmation email will be sent after successful placement.

4. Payment Terms

We accept various online payment methods (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking) via secure gateways.
COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available.
We do not store any card or banking details on our servers.

5. Shipping

6. Returns & Replacements

  • We offer a 15-day replacement policy (from the date of delivery) for defective or non-functional products.
  • No refunds are provided, only replacements.
  • Returned products must be in original condition and packaging with accessories.

7. Warranty

  • All laptops come with a 1-year service warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, burning, or issues caused by misuse.
  • Warranty service includes repair or part replacement at our discretion.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or data.
  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the website without prior permission.

9. Intellectual Property
