These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://bestwaylaptops.in (“Site”), and your purchase of refurbished laptops or other products offered on our platform. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this Site. By using our Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Product Information

We deal in refurbished laptops that are tested, verified, and certified for resale. While we strive for accuracy:

  • Product descriptions, specifications, and images may contain minor variations.
  • Actual products may show signs of previous use (scratches, replaced parts, etc.), which do not affect performance.
  • All products are sold “as-is” with a 15-day replacement guarantee and a 1-year service warranty.

3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Placing an order confirms your intent to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
    • Pricing errors
    • Stock unavailability
    • Fraud detection or invalid payment
  • An order confirmation email will be sent after successful placement.

4. Payment Terms

We accept various online payment methods (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking) via secure gateways.
COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available.
We do not store any card or banking details on our servers.

5. Shipping

6. Returns & Replacements

  • We offer a 15-day replacement policy (from the date of delivery) for defective or non-functional products.
  • No refunds are provided, only replacements.
  • Returned products must be in original condition and packaging with accessories.

7. Warranty

  • All laptops come with a 1-year service warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, burning, or issues caused by misuse.
  • Warranty service includes repair or part replacement at our discretion.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for illegal purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or data.
  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the website without prior permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, graphics, images, text, and design, is the intellectual property of Best Way Laptops and protected under Indian copyright laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products.
  • Losses due to delays, service interruptions, or technical issues.
