1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across India to all major cities and PIN codes via trusted courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, etc.).
We currently do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other regions: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take longer, depending on the courier service.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges: Rs 200 to Rs 300, depending on location and distance.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery): Not available
  • Any additional logistics surcharge due to location or courier policies will be clearly communicated during checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
  • You can track your shipment status on the courier partner’s portal.

6. Packaging

All laptops are carefully packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging with protective cushioning to avoid transit damage.
We recommend recording an unboxing video for your records, especially in case of any return or damage claim.


7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns
  • Courier issues or incorrect shipping address

If your shipment is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact our support team.


8. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Ensure your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are accurate during checkout.
  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping may incur additional charges.

9. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, do not accept it. Ask the delivery agent to return it and inform us immediately at bestwaylaptops@gmail.com with order details and photos.
